Kayaked from Beccles to Geldeston Locks with my sketchbook and friends. However I never managed to find the right subjects or moment. I did pick some Yellow Flag Iris to bring home to sketch but that wilted and so I didn’t sketch that either. So I thought no problem as I was going to the Rumburgh Buck in the evening to listen to some folk music and I would be able to sketch them. Unfortunately space was limited and I could not see them that well so I drew my husband Mark.
