At the Blyford Queen Head a beautiful country pub sitting at the back in the garden sketching the chickens.

Walking from kessingland to Pakefield for coffee at the Jolly Sailors. A beautiful day and almost certainly the warmest of the year so far and a high tide that only just allowed passage along a thin strip of beach a few feet wide. On the way the bushes along the cliff were full of Linnets and Whitethroats and a Cuckoo. This sketch was done on the return journey about half way. This is an interesting part of the beach as it marks the point at which the cliffs are being eroded, it interestingly juts out suddenly here.

Wrentham village pound which was used in the 18th and 19th century to keep stray animals that were found in the parish.
