So onto my next challenge

For a few months now I have planning a new project. Yes another sketching challenge, except this time with a purpose and with great meaning.

IMG_0076The easiest way to explain this is to let you follow the link to the EDP (Eastern Daily Press) where a video and text awaits that will explain today’s sketch.

Brockdish

So I mentioned that I was planning to spend a day at the Brockdish exhibition with Mark and a window of oportunity arose this Saturday. We both plan to be there on the 17th between 11am to 3pm. We both hope you can come along. The pub apart from serving excellent real ales and a wide range of gins does some great food especially their Pizzas which we have taste tested. So why not pop along it would be great to meet up with you all.

Brockdish Exhibition

This week saw the opening of my latest exhibition with my husband Mark Churchman in the beautiful old pub “The Old Kings Head” in the picturesque village of Brockdish in South Norfolk. The exhibition will run throughout the months of November and December with the Gastropub/cafe being open 6 days a week Tuesday to Sunday.

We will arrange to spend an artist in residence day during the exhibition where we will both be present in the pub for you to come an visit us, I will post later when we know which day this will be.

As well as many paintings I am exhibiting many of my Linoprints as well as many of the sketch a week paintings.
