With harvest complete the grain can finally leave the farm. Here the grain is being deposited into a Terry Seaman lorry trailer , a familiar sight throughout East Anglia.

One of a group of ewes on Beachfarm marshes in Kessingland. Quite a remote location in the river valley. She was leaning against a farm gate having a rub, this was a very content Ewe. What an expression!
“Doing a bit of pond maintenance” YANA day 82 of 100
A continuation of yesterday with Mike Porter on his farm in Whalpole. Yesterday I drew one of his ponds and today we have the ponds edge where Mike is doing some maintenance with the able help of his faithful Labrador Tilly.

Thank you Mike & Corine Porter for inviting me to your arable farm in Walpole. The family have farmed this land for over a hundred years. With today being world mental health day I have focused on a pastoral scene overlooking one of their beautiful spring fed ponds.
