After a very wet night on this cold day it finally stopped drizzling to take a walk down on Kessingland beach. It was very dull without any breaks in the clouds and visibility was very poor. With the strong wind the waves were breaking well on the beach. I have included a few Sanderlings in the picture but in fact the flock was well over 50 birds.
