The last day and time to reveal today’s drawing! Arranged this one some time ago when look East asked if they could join and film me on my visit to Alastair of Blythburgh freerange pork. I knew that I wanted to draw a sow portrait so Alastair took me to Reydon to a new field …
“Whitton Poppy being groomed by Lois” YANA day 99 of 100
My penultimate drawing took me to Easton Farm Park this morning where I had arranged to sketch a Suffolk being groomed. Whitton Poppy is owned by Her Majesty the Queen and is an impressive 18 hands tall and full of power. I thank Lois for letting me draw her as she groomed Poppy.
